OFFICIAL VIDEO LAUNCH of BSCOTT DYING TO LIVE FALL 2012
This short film is a reflection of the life of BSCOTT and his mentality to do whatever it takes to make it to his next step in life. For BSCOTT, life is about putting oneself out there and having everything on the line. In a generation that is tired of the normal 9-5 job, BSCOTT sheds light to those that are willing to risk everything to live for themselves and not for the man.
ABOUT BSCOTT Launched in 2009 by Sportswear International’s Best New Designer of the Year (2007), Brandon Scott and his father, software developer, Tom Scott. The intention of B:SCOTT is to create menswear that encapsulates the fusion of Japanese and German aesthetics. Discontented with the over-designed and mass marketed trends of his industry, his vision was to produce lines with purpose and structure. Treating each seam like the bones of a building and deriving inspiration from his Grandfather who trained at the Bauhaus in the 1930s. The mundane beauty of everyday life from a destitute parking lot, to a vintage car, or a sky scraping building is what catalyzes B:SCOTT’s creations. In 2010, Los Angeles Times, names B:SCOTT’s runway show as the “most impressive runway show” of Concept LA Fashion Week.

OFFICIAL VIDEO LAUNCH of SARAH SCOTT a stranger i came Fall 2012
This film was inspired by Sarah Scott’s Grandmother’s autobiography, “A Stranger I Came,” written in 1953 about her transition from Berlin to New York. The story of her Grandmother is much like that of any modern woman of her time or ours—acclimating into American society while maintaining a sense of self. She withholds independence through her career and finds inspiration through mundanities of life and love.
ABOUT SARAH SCOTT Launching in Autumn 2012, Sarah Scott is made for the strong, confident, metropolitan women looking for transitional clothing that will take her from home, to the office, to dinner, or a night club. Taking inspiration from her career in interior design, she structures each garment like a home—every element serves both form and function. The collection incorporates unexpected technical details with modern, clean lines. Sarah Scott takes a modernist approach to feminism by creating clothing that is tailored yet comfortable, and provocative without being risque. Her collection is influenced by all of the women in her life who employ both brains and beauty, who dress with fearlessness and fortitude. The women’s ready-to-wear collection includes outwear, knits, leather, bags, belts, and jewelry.
